Not everyone can afford to pay over $500 for custom orthotics prescribed by a clinic.
Insurance, when available, often covers only a portion (commonly up to $300) and may require a prior doctor’s visit and supporting documentation — without guaranteeing full reimbursement.
Many insoles made from generic templates don’t solve the root of the problem:
- Soft insoles often lack the structural support needed to properly stabilize the foot.
- Heat-moldable, semi-rigid insoles shaped directly inside the shoe may not provide accurate pronation control, typically do not include targeted elements like a metatarsal pad (for transverse arch support), and generally only replicate the existing foot position rather than improving it.
For many people with mild to moderate foot discomfort, properly made custom orthotics can be one of the most effective solutions. However, people shouldn’t have to live with heel pain, tired feet, or related knee and back discomfort simply because traditional custom orthotics are so expensive.
We are not medical professionals. However, we understand proper neutral foot positioning, material selection, cushioning options, and how to build supportive insoles using high-quality components at a more affordable price.
If you have a serious medical condition, please consult a healthcare specialist. But if your feet feel tired, your heels hurt in the morning, or you experience other mild to moderate discomfort, try our insoles. If they’re not right for you, you can return them. Our goal is to make sure they truly help you feel better.
Yes! The insoles work great in athletic shoes, work boots, casual shoes, and most footwear types. We’ll make sure they fit properly in your specific shoes during your appointment.
No. This is a direct-to-consumer service with no insurance billing. If you need insurance coverage, you’ll need to visit a registered clinic or podiatrist. Our lower prices reflect this simplified approach.
We offer a 7-day adjustment period. If something doesn’t feel right, come back and we’ll make adjustments at no extra charge.
Just bring the shoes you want to use the insoles in! We’ll handle everything else. If you have multiple pairs you want to use them with, bring your most frequently worn pair.
We cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have a diagnosed condition like plantar fasciitis, diabetes-related foot issues, or severe deformities, please see a healthcare professional. Our service is for general comfort and support only.
